Learn More
The ComDoc CustomerCenter is your anytime, anywhere link to information about your ComDoc equipment and services as well as a quick and easy place to enter meter reads, request service, access drivers for download, and eventually much, much more.
Registration and Security
Since the CustomerCenter is a secure, password-protected web-site, you must register in order to use its capabilities. The registration process asks for basic contact and preferences information and requires you to enter the manufacturer's model number and ComDoc contract number of a machine at your location for verification purposes.
My Home Page Features
Once you are registered, you can immediately enter meter reads or request service for any ComDoc contracted machine within your organization using the links on the My Home page. From the My Home page, you can also update your user profile or get software driver downloads from our manufacturer's web-sites.
My Machines Page Features
If you are responsible for one or more machines, consider using the My Machines page. Using the Assign Machines link on this page, you can find all your machines to display on the My Machines page. The next time you need to enter reads or request service, you can quickly select the desired action for the needed machine from this page.
Another good reason to use the My Machines page is to be able to receive meter read notifications via e-mail instead of the yellow cards. At meter read time, you will receive an email message for all machines which you have listed yourself as the Primary Contact. This email will contain a link to the Enter All Reads page which provides options for printing a meter read gathering sheet and for quickly entering reads on all machines for which you are responsible.
The My Machines page also has a link for showing service requests which allows you to find and review the status of requests for any contracted machine in your organization, whether submitted by you or anyone else. When reviewing a request, you can see the current status, ask that the engineer contact you, or cancel the request.
What's Next for the CustomerCenter?

We are very open to feedback on how to make it even better, so as you use it, please feel free to let us know what you like, don't like, and would like to see it do next.
